how do i post a pivture???

it says it is to big and i need a 480x480,,,what is that

If your talking about a signature picture it should be no larger than 400x60. All you have to do is to put the path to the file in your profile page with a [ img ] and [ /img ] as the prefix and suffix. Just remove the spaces before and after the [ ]

For example if I want to post my sig I would type: (without the spaces)

[ img ] http:// mywebsite.com/mysig.jpg [ /img ]
