How do i get my new sig on here?

Ok i had Waste Land make me a sig. He sent it in an email. It is just a picture of it . How do i put it on here. I have one sig and i understand the link thing but i can't figure out how to do it. Also how do you just post it in a thread. Because i want to put it in the want a sig thread. Thanks....Nick
