Getting revenge on my boss

My boss is a narcissist, textbook narcissist with anger issues who treats me like crap because he can. He also knows I'm under contract with the car he is financing me. He is using it as a control method and often threatens me with my car.

I want non violent options to get under his skin.

Please no " be the better person" or "revenge is dumb" type answers.

Finding a new job is the best solution to a problem like this. Unless you work for a company with an HR department. In which case, you need to document every instance of abuse and report him.

Are you for real?
You should find a new job; the guy will never change. Even if you got revenge and felt great for a day or even a week, it would all come right back. Let him run his business like an a$$hole and leave it behind you.

So the last time you wanted to pull a prank on your co-workers by parading around in a woman's thong or some crap. Now you want to prank your boss? It doesn't take much to understand why your boss hates you

Here's how you resolve this...
1. Go to work and do the best damn job you can, even if the only thing your boss has for you to do that day is clean the toilets.
2. Take pride in your work, no matter what that work is, and do that job better than anybody.
3. Don't talk back. Don't bitch and moan. Don't be a crybaby.
4. If the boss asks you to do something... say "sure, love to", and get to it. Watch what happens.
5. If you run out of work, go ask for your next job. If you have to wait, go clean something, organize a work area, sweep the floor, etc. STAY BUSY!
6. Be on-time - every single day.

Be thankful you have a job. You ever seen a Mexican immigrant working at a factory? Those guys work their asses off, for next to no pay. And they are the best damned employees. They are so overly thankful to be working, you could take their lunch from them and they'd say thank you. I admired the Mexican folks I worked with in Indy. Their work ethics were something to aspire to.

Be that, and no matter where you go, what you do, you will be appreciated. And if an opportunity arises for advancement, guess who's gonna get it?
