I'm actually very new to the electric RC world world but I love it.
I race on road,on a mini course with a bunch of buddies. They've all had significant upgrades to their cars. But can't drive. I get burned on the straight away...I need more modifications but don't know what's next? I'm looking for performance, handling, and speed.

I have a Tamiya TT-01 Type E. upgraded to ball bearings, aluminum shaft, 19turn motor, and 23T pinion gear.

Question...

What would be next?

And what would you recommend when purchasing my 2nd RC Kit?!
I want to go team associated but I have this old school crush for tamiya.

Could definitely use the feedback

Associated is a good brand and would be a good kit to build. If you're into racing, I can tell you that you very rarely see a Tamiya racing. I also wouldn't bash a Tamiya because they aren't as easy to find parts for as some of the other brands.

I have built many Tamiya kits and they are a nice quality. I would tend to use them as show pieces or "shelf queens" personally.

Thanks...

Drift out my TT-01 it is.

What's your take on the "roadrunner"?
