Heat. The best way I heard, a few minutes in the oven to expand. Make sure to wear gloves as it will be hot.
This guy shows it:
I used a toaster oven. To get the front one out, I put a wooden dowel in after removing the rear, heated it, then wacked the dowel and the front one pops out.
Pretty sure the video goes over how to install them, but you can heat the crank case up to expand it a bit and put the bearings in the freezer to shrink them a bit and put them together quickly.
