A hard landing on my ass pushed the body clip completely through the header on my savy. I pulled out the :flamer: and some aluminum welding rods and went to work. It took about 15 min to get the pipe in the shape its in now. Just wanted to let you all know there is an easy fix to punctured headers.

did you bend in or melt the pushed in part of the hole on the inside of the header??

I wanted to work with a clean hole so I used a pair of small pliers and pulled the bent stuff out from the inside of the pipe.

There's an easy fix if you have a welder... I used jb weld and a pipe clamp to fix one of mine. I have to say yours looks a lot better than mine!

Thanks...I was gonna use JB but remembered I had the aluminum rods.

Yeah beason...The storm is ready but still need a tank for the savy. I ordered a used one for it that should be here Friday.

JB weld is some awesome stuff I've used that on so many things lol I had a 65 Chevy truck that had a leaking heater core and I couldnt find one anywhere and when I finally did find one it was 75 bucks!! So i broke out the Jb weld and instant fix :) Nice work on your pipe wannarunem looks almost like new again
