Hobbywing ESC help, steering but no throttle

I have a hobbywing Xerun Xr8 esc, Yesterday I hooked a program card up trying to turn reverse back on but the card would light up but just had red lines so now when I turn power on green light will come on for just a second and then it flashes red, I have steering but no throttle, also if I move wires on the receiver I get throttle with the steering wheel, any ideas what is going on,

The wire for the esc connecting to the receiver maybe is backwards

try program card many more times. I've heard guys having to do it 20+ times then all of a sudden it worked.. I think when your wiggling the rx plug your making rx board contact other channels..

be sure you plug in card before turning esc on.
That's the mistace I made first time
