I assume that you’ve used the trim on the controller so maybe check the servo horn... Take the horn of the servo and check the steering by moving the wheels back and forth with your hands. If you feel any stiffness or resistance then start searching the steering linkage.
Check the servo with the horn off to make sure it’s traveling equally on each side as you turn the wheel.
Then check the splines on the horn and the servo.
I guess it could be a differential bearing that’s seized or going bad as well.
You’d have to take the diffs out and check over them or take out the drive shafts and spin the wheels without a load on them to feel any problems.
