Got it put back together and running but am now getting a screeching noise. You can hear at beginning of video

I would look at the slipper clutch if it has one. Check the spring, and clutch pads. If that not it, check the bearings in the motor clutch, spur bearing or bushing, and then the tranny gears and bearings.
