Hey what should I upgrade and do to my jato 3.3 I want to upgrade the engine and do some other things but can anyone suggest what I should upgrade on it or update. Thanks heaps

i put a O,S. 21, engine on my jato. it has more power than is useful. but it is FUN. it is a bolt in. DONT put to much power at low speeds, it will rip the transmission gears out. best to go to single speed, trans.

Yer thats a good idea But i am wanting to put a 2 speed anything i can do to keep the 2 speed going good apart from not putting the power on??

just keep the 3.3 its a great motpr. just get a good muffler for it. also put rpm arms and bumper on it. twin disc brakes. also aluminum shocks

After your new engine drop and pipe I would go straight to your weakspots, your shock towers, A-arms & such. RPM are litterally breakproof and look great. I would suggest the front end first hence thats where most hits occur.

If your wanting a new powerplant instead of the 3.3 than why not the OS .18? Easy to tune, reliable and you should be able to use the 2 speed conversion with it as its powerful but not over the top. Remember if you plan on racing it you will not be able to run the 2 speed as most sactioning bodies dont allow that modification on the racetrack. If your bashing than bash away!!!
