I brought my HPI Savage 25 to the hobby store because it wouldn't start since it wasn't driven in 5 years. It worked fine while it was there but when I got it home it wouldn't drive as fast as it was. I left it alone and came back the next day and it starts but cuts off seconds later. Now the flywheel is stuck. Why won't it drive as fast and how do I get the flywheel unstuck?

Could be a lot of reasons. Is there any binding in the drivetrain? What were the temps? A stuck flywheel isn't a good thing. If the engine is new, it may be stuck at the top of the stroke. The engine should be taken a part and inspected, along with making sure the drivetrain is functioning correctly. Make sure your clutch bearings are good as well.

pull the head, check out the piston. get out some after run oil, i like marvel mystery oil, but there are other good oils, oil up all the parts. if it has a lot of varnish mmo should desolve it.
