i have a mini mgt 3.0 and i dont know how 2 take off the cooling head,can someone help me :\

theres 4 hex screws on top .. there way down there in the cooling head
watch out when putting them back in .. the screws strip easy, i did that once i couldn't take the cooling head back off! lol
