Ok i thought i knew how to glue tires on but after the past weekend i was wrong. Take me to school and tell me-show me how to glue dam tires.
Just mad but any new ways to glue tires??

:buggy1:

I put the tire on, make sure it's in the bead nice and smooth all the way around and then lightly peel the tire back and place a drop of glue about every hour around the tire. Capillary action will pull the glue around the tire. I use Panther Tire glue bands, they are sized perfect to give the tire a nice squeeze. Also, I use molded foams, helps the tire fit better.

Just wonder if i may have got some bad glue (losi tire glue) molded foams is the best way to go. Do you use panther tires?

Damn i was just about to post the same thread. I was at the track and my tires came un-glued. THe guys at the track said that my glue was crappy(ZAP brand) and i shoud have put a rubber band around the glued edge. O well live and learn.

I did use the rubber band trick i ran glue on the inside bead and ran a bead on the outside also still did not work

Is it the thick kind. To my understanding the thin stuff works better, at least thats what everyone told me and look what happen to my tires lol.

i used the thin and 2 out of 4 blew lol i dont know what i done wrong but dam i can't do that again lol

As far as tire glue, I like the losi medium and the proline medium. I use a variety of tires depending on where I am running.

Medium set Andy.
Will thin work? I wasn't able to find medium so I got the thin.. Am I gonna run into probs with that, or should I just wait till I can pick up some medium? I've never glued buggy tires before..
