I was just out running the monster it has a mach427 motor on it..........It stalled so i went to start it.............It started for about 30 sec. then died :( I went to start it again and it would not do anything  I started investigating what was going on with it, Found out that if there is no glow plug in it it will turn over the motor. If you put it under compression that it will not turn it over but the fly wheel still turns. If i turn the gear over it don't matter if it is under compression the piston still moves...so it is not blown up i know that, so if you guys on here could help me out it would be awesome.

so if glow plug is in engine doesent turn over
if glow plug out will turn over
if turning the flywheel engine does turn over glow plug in or out
also roto start or pull start

If the glow plug is in it it dose not turn over. If I take it out it turns over, If i put my finger over it glow plug hole it turns over as long as I let pursuer off of it. If i turn the gear on the other side of the motor then it can have pursuer on it and it will keep turn over the way that it should. It is a drill starter.

If I don't let the drill spin at to many rpm's then it will try over but it is not enough to start the truck :(

Ok sorry it maybe called the starter plate that spins and the fly wheel on the other side of the motor.

the order goes like this
pullstart or rotostart casing
engine
flywheel (big disc with small indentations in it
clutch (round thing)
and then a gear which are you turning to get the engine to turn over with glow plug installed

Sounds like a dirty or busted one way bearing. Kinda hard to follow you guys though. Spinning a spur doesn't turn an engine over. Unless the clutch shoes are melted to the bell.

why i put this i ment flywheel but if you turn this gear at the end you need a new clutch or the insides at least

and yh does sound like a bunged up one way bering they are the bolt you see if you take off the starter casing

OK i got it fixed i think anyway have not had time to run it again maybe today:) It was a dirty one way bearing. So the monster is back for now. THANK YOU GUYS FOR THE HELP!!!!!! :)
