What car is that out of? A futaba s3003 is a servo and that’s a 2 speed hub of some sort.

i don't know i got it given to me so i don't know what it is it just says futaba s3003 i don't have box or case

+2 send pics of R/C I can't really tell what type of gears thay are i am thinking it's a pretty older model of R/C & not current with anything that's out on R/C market today.

is there any other gearbox that would have that gear because i just need that 1

i am getting a hsp warhead for offroad are they any good

With all of the different RC vehicles out there, it's almost impossible to tell you what to get without us knowing at least the vehicle it's going on. Gears can look identical but have a different pitch on the teeth, or be .5mm larger and if they're not identical they may not work. Just take a picture of the car and throw it up like you did of the gear. Be sure to get a full top shot, bottom shot, close up of the front and rear along with the transmission, pretty much as many pictures as you can that way we have different angles to look at and compare.

eBay is not your friend for RC vehicles! This is where you find vehicles like Red Cat and Exceed that people complain about.

Your best bet is to see what parts your local hobby shop (lhs) carries in stock and then purchase a vehicle that they have oarts for.

whats a good way to count teeth i keep losing count

Off road racing puts A LOT of abuse on a vehicle, more than most people who "bash" put there vehicle through. The jumps are usually pretty decent size, your getting run into by other cars, hard on the throttle and brakes all of that takes a toll on the vehicle and will be more noticeable with a lower quality vehicle. With that being said even if you're planning on cruising in a parking lot only, people will still recommend a quality rig based on ease of use and better parts support. For counting the teeth, try marking them as you go, if you still can't count the teeth you should probably just bring it to your LHS because you may not be able to fix it on your own. Is there any particular reason you haven't posted pics of the car?

just put a mark every 10 teeth. count em all up. i put cuts in one spur that stripped on me. didnt know what it was. counted the teeth, found out later if i turned it over it was written on it lol.
