Help to diagnose rattling/grinding noise

Hi all!

I've just taken up the hobby and only 10 mins in to my first run with the car (SST Racing Expedition) it started to make a different noise. I'd describe it as rattling/grinding. I've tried to capture it here:

The car still runs and this may be normal but it's a very different sound to the first few minutes where it was running very smoothly/quietly.

Can anyone help me to diagnose please?

center diff.. what gear lube in it?crown gears?..pull motor off. or lose spur .

It sounds very much like it's coming from the center diff. It's brand new out of the box so hoping not lube. Very much a novice so reluctant to disassemble the diff. The motor runs smooth when disengaged from the spur gear.

make some calls see if you can touch diff and still be in warranty or they can send you a new 1.it all falls on end user ..its up to you
