hey guys hoping someone out there can help...I'm new to the scene and have found my sons car(110th buggy with taiwan 18cxp engine) lying on his floor upside down. when i picked it up i noticed oil dripping from exhaust... can anyone please tell me if these motors have a 'sump' or would this be from 'gas' leaking out of feul lines, carb??

That's perfectly normal. The engine doesn't burn all the oil in the fuel, which sometimes comes out of the exhaust looking like syrup.

The best thing you can do, aside from draining it out before taking it inside, is plugging the exhaust "stinger" with a wad of paper towel (to cork it), or get an automotive vacuum cap at your local autoparts store.
