Hello.

Today i saw some RC Drifting videos on youtube and i want to start doing it. Iam a newbie at this sort of stuff. But i want to try it out. I want to buy a nitro drift car 4WD as its the best apparently. Can someone help me find a good drift car as i dont know what is good. Also tell me any other infomation that i will need to know. such as what fuel i shold use and what glow plug ignigter i need ect

I'm from the uk so i can't order from this site: http://yhst-90871347430291.stores.ya...rift-cars.html

Honestly, it depends on your budget, and if your just beginning, I suggest a electric car to begin with. Electric cars are much easier to drift and not as fickle as a nitro car. Here are a few links to some RTR drift cars.

Either of the Hot Bodies Cyclone S Drift Kits on this page:

Here is an entire page of different drift rigs. These arent the best, but good starters.

One last thing, since your new, you might want to install a drift assist until you get the hang of it. You can buy several types, it depends on the rig your running and how much assistance you want.

A Drift Assist is an Adjustable Stability Control System. Basically:

For Drifting, the Adjustable Stability Control System even allows drift-beginners to enjoy dynamic drift driving, so it is the perfect item for those who want to try drift driving or think drift driving is too difficult. Or maybe you have built the monster on-road car that just has way too much motor and not enough tire and does nothing but doughnuts, then this system will assist in making it more drivable.

All of this control is achieved with an ultra-small yaw control sensor that allows the Adjustable Stability Control System to detect your machine's tail sliding, and the optimized automatic counter-steering prevents your car from spinning. It comes with a gain control function to adjust counter-steering according to the track surface condition and / or the amount of control assistance you are looking for.

And which rig were you looking at that you want another body for?

You could go with one of these, click the link and then choose your speed http://yhst-90871347430291.stores.yahoo.net/rc-drift-cars-nitro-rc-drift-cars.html , as for fuel I would go with a 20% nitro fuel, it gives you good performance and longevity, I like Trinity Monster fuel, it's the purple colored fuel...hope this helps...

Is everything on this site RTR and are they of decent quality? I never ordered from them but have been tempted to, the prices are good compared to my LHS.
