Help for complete NOVICE

Good day!

I know this will be tedious for those with the knowledge but please how do I set my engine to run correctly?

I have taken time and completed the "run in proceedure".

Had problem that car would accelerate but when reach full throttle it would fail, as if abt to stall.

Have now adjusted but find idle is impossible and lost the top end speed - it never flies on full throttle - just 60/65% max.

Can you please explain in basics what I should be doing with the three screws!
