Help choosing glow plug

Just got my savage 4.6 have yet to run it as it never came with the glow ignitor as said,but i am ordering some hops up and extra parts,and wanted to stock up on some glow plugs,hpi gave me an r5 cold plug,i live in hawaii in the mountain's,is super cold,is this the correct plug i shoulnd run?

R5 is said to be for Summer, so I would at least go with medium for you condition.

only use manufacture recommended glow plugs.
