  1. Bashing
I owned a OFNA Ravager, and liked it. Sold it and now want something new.

LIKES
Off road freedom
4x4 control

DISLIKES
None really. I just barely got my feet wet with it.

WANTS
Off road freedom
Ability to switch to on road and keep good control.(for possible drifting)

What I have been looking at.
1. Traxxas Jato 3.3
2. Traxxas Slayer Pro 4x4

The Jato seems to have a little bit wider stance than what I think I would need for drifting. From what I have read on Traxxas.com it has a hi wheelie potential and not sure if this is something that is easily fixed by changing gears and still doing what I want.

The Slayer has a narrower stance that I think would be good for drifting, but is possibally hindered with the 4x4 part. Also the Shock placement does not seem to be very drift friendly to me.

These are the only two I have looked at and read about so far. I am in no saying that it has to be one of these 2. Any suggestions and help will be greatly appreciated.

Thank you in advance,
The General

well as far as a 4x4 nitro, have you looked at the hpi savage line? i have a savage x and can just throw on street tires and lower the shock position for a great on road truck!!and if you like to bash hard as well its one of the toughest trucks out there, and they have the ss kits which you build yourself and they come with hop ups not found on the rtr model,so just something to look at!!!!! but i dont drift lol so i have no idea what the savage would be like drifting...lol
