I need to put 2 pieces of heat shield on my fuel line cause it's too close to the cooling heads, almost to the point that bashing might rub a hole in the line. What would be the best way to install this. Zip tie directly to the heat shield being carefull not to pinch fuel line or zip tie in front and in back of heat shield on fuel line, So it doen't slide back and forth, again not to pinch fuel line. And no I cannot reroute the fuel line, not alot of room since putting on roll cage.

traxxas makes a fuel line sleeve (I think they only come in yellow) but I know I got fuel line that sits against my head and havnt had any problems.

Check and auto parts store for spiral wrap. Not sure if they carry it or not but we use it in aviation for protecting wire bundles and such. It works great.

Yea, I was reading about the Traxxas heat shield. I'll probably get that installed, not much info out there on this. And none of my auto parts stores carry that around here, if they do it's more for high performance use.
Hey...Mines high performance, I'm going to call them right now!:hehe: Thanks guys.
