If you've purchased tools from Harbor Freight, you may want to have a look at this link. It seems they may have been using some 'creative' discounting, sale pricing, 'compare at' pricing or some shady practices. Whatever the case, it seems you may have some recourse and some money headed your way.

I agree.., I do pick up some stuff there from time to time But my main tool brand is still snap on and blue point. When I need low dollar stuff or when I know I'll be using these tools 'once', harbor gets a visit. I do check the sales prices tho. If my receipts show that I was duped, I plan on collecting. I don't plan on falsifying a claim for a few bucks tho! That's a big part of the problems in this country! Everyone has a hand out trying to grab money instead of doing the right thing and maybe HELPING OUT!!!
I do believe we could make the world a better place with just a little effort.

no worries here. bought 1 item at harbor Freight once, An engine stand
got it home, put together and mounted a bare 350 to it and it was so gimp, it broke and smashed wifeys foot.
harbor freight gets nothing from me for their junk
