Yes this game rocks, I have not tried out the regular game yet. I spent all my time last night on Xbox live with zandor and a few other buddies. Its nice to be able to have a lot off guys on at once trying to kill one another. Halo 2 is the shizznig.

yep and you need to buy the xbox live starter kit. thats 50$ then your good to go

I got H2 collectors edition last night - Its excellent! I love the double weapons! As before the aliens plasma rifle is the most effective, at least on the first couple levels. I just landed on earth when I had to go to sleep...The only hokey part was hero boy dragging the alien bomb out of the ship and flying with it to the alien ship.

C'mon Scott, they're trying to make him look badass. I thought it was kinda neat. I'm still trying to figure out the best weapon. I think the plasma rifle is probably the most versatile. There are a few new ones that I'm not sure of. I am in a level right now where the only weapon I'm stuck with is the Sentinel Beam and I don't think it's doing what I need. I might be boned on this one.

Man, I got Halo2 on wednesday and haven't slept much. The bags under my eyes are proof of that! The wife is who I feel sorry for. She's a big Halo fan like me. We do the cooperative play and she stays up late with me playing.

I don't have to work till the evening so I play till all hours of the night (2-3 in the morning). She has to report to work at the hospital at either 7 am or 10 am, depending on the shift they give her. This week she's there at 7am! Poor woman!

Thats how we play, although I wish they had of brought back the Sidewinder stage. They did a really good job on Bloodgulch though.

That was a cool changeup to become part of the covenant hunting the heretic leader. Now I'm on a second Halo. I wish the narration was easier to understand so I can figure out what is going on. Aw it doesn't matter I guess, just shoot everything that gives you a red crosshair...

That's a problem in one of the chapters where your guys, and you, look like them! It's ok when you're playing by yourself but I've killed my wife's character on many occasions just because she scared me when I was coming around a corner and vice versa!

!@#$%^&, I'm gonna get my xbox live this week. Now that nitro season has come to a close, XboX can take it's place and we don't have to fly crzy distances to "play" together.

Sorry I had a buddy over and he wanted to play with his clan from Ghost REcon. They were all on Xbox Live and he hasnt had it in 6 months because he moved out to BFE. We will hook up again.
