GT air wheels

Has anyone seen these, or better yet had any experience with them? Apparently once you use no foams in your tires and you actually adjust the air pressure just like a real rig. I'm almost curious enough to order a set just to find out.

it looks like they would work great for crwling. there is also a company that makes them for largescales but i havent heard of any one running them. i wonder how the bead seals? and how much?

Not sure on the bead seal, but they are $105 for four wheels, four tires, the pump and all hardware shipped.

they have a beadlock rim and they just squeeze hard enough to keep it from leaking

i might have to pick me up a set of those if this nitro crawler work's cause that'd be awsome to beablee to air down the tires...you'd have all the tracktion you'd ever need lol

It is a pretty cool idea but after looking around I only see them being sold in set of 4 with tires and wheels, I wonder if they could be used with any crawler tire or just there's? Or if you could just put their air valve in another MFG's wheels....

I bet you could just put a valve in any set of beadlocks.
