Ok fellas (and ladies) I need some advice on purchasing some street (on-road) tires for my GS Storm. Being that it's kind of tough for me to get out to the track I wanted to pick up some tires I can use to bash on the street and that will last me a while.

So here are my questions:

1. Anyone have a link to a tire I can review/purchase online?

2. I suppose that since these tires are made for street they will last me a while, correct?

3. Should I buy pre-mounted tires?

4. Is it ok for me to run my Storm on the street and are there any things I should consider.

Thanks!

i plan to get a set of th eproline road rages for my buggy when i find a set of blue ofna v spilit wheels, may just dye them, but have gotten great performance for the 40 series rr i have on my savage on the hard packed dirt track i run.. i even have people not beleiving how well they work there when they see it run.. so i want to try them on my buggy now

i also prefer to self glue them, so i can use foams of my choice.. being a road car, a set of the ofna duel stage foams.. hard outers, med inner, will help in keepign the soft side wall stiff but yet allow for a soft cushon on a jump..

hey... check out the medial pro tarmac II road tires. They come pre-mounted, and they are glued very well. All of the tires i have bought have been pre glued and i have had very good success w/ them being of good quality.

4. The good thing about buggies are you can run them just about anywhere. Main thing when running in the street is to look out for 1:1 cars and kids, animals, etc.

Good call! My buggy doesn't even touch pavement!. Too fast and too many objects that dont move to run into in public. Buggies are not cheap period, If you live in the city you can take bart for 5 bucks each way to pittburg 30 minute ride and be at a track just my .02
