Anyone else like driving the Suzuki Escudo Pikes Peak Version?

Sitting on 1843 Horses she wipes out the competition. Driving her is like comanding a jet. You can knock out the Super Speedway Endurance Race in no time. You don't even have to ever pit. Do it a couple of times and you can get all of the bonus cars from that race.

That car sucks ass...it's fast in a straight line, but that's about it. The turbo lag is incredibly bad...not to mention that the car is incredibly hard to run in a rally just cuz it's so hard to keep the rpm's up and keep the turbo spooled...oh yeah, and it handles like poop.

Yeah the Pikes Peak is hard to handle, but anyone w/ some driving skills can get the hang of it. Every car has it's weak points, it's just a matter of learning to drive it while minimizing those bad points. Driving it in the rally definitely takes a manual transmission & you have to know how to really drift on the corners. You can't just get in that car & push the gas all the way to the finish line. A little driving skill & that car will lap all the other rally cars in a race.

That's all folks

i think you would need a gas pedal to drive the car. the button isnt senbsitive enough to control all the power. i know when i drive it, without even trying to fly all four tires are breaking out going in a straight line. unless you have it set up godly tell me. cause i dont see how this car can handle even going slow

Driving the Escudo kind of gives you an understanding of how EP feels with the Anti-Christ...:radio:

OMG! You guys are still using the controller? Dang, you're missing out on half the fun. I got the Logitech wheel/pedals like a year ago or so, I wanted it for a long time. Actually, I've had 2 of them cuz the brakes never work right. They jus won't calibrate correctly... never get 100% brake even after adjusting. So I took it back and they gave me another one... same damn thing! POS, but still more fun than a controller. Then I saw the new Logitech wheel "Driving Force Pro" oooohhhhh ahhhhhhhh.... Now this wheel is tooo sweeet! The wheel is completely covered in rubber, it is compatible with regular steering rates and the new 900 degree rate for GT4. The Pedal console is much bigger and has a little flip down spiky thingy in the front to keep it from sliding all around on carpet (works like a charm!) They even put a stiff spring of some sort in the brake pedal mechanism to give a better feel... not reall "feedback" but it's still a more realistic feel. You guys gotta get one, the're kinda expensive but worth it if you dig racing games a lot. It's great for Underground too.

when gt4 comes out and i have money I'm guna get the force pro probly.. i still use the D-pad. i like it.

Ok now you guys made we want to play it again I will have to drag it out and blow of the dust. I have no idea were I was, went into Xbox mod for a long time PS not neglected.
