So bummed!!. My Tamiya ORANGE METALLIC. is more burnt orange...SH*T!. Another clear body on order..

How many coats of oragen did you use? Did you back the orange with white or silver before you sprayed the blue second coat?
I like how it looks anyway.

The blue was first, then metallic orange , then silver. My fault, the Tamiya cap had a burnt orange color.., I should have tested it. Next body, standard orange. I got greedy for the "metallic"

Gotcha. It looks pretty great like it is but I know why you might need it "just right" too.

You paint many more bodies with Tamiya paint, and you'll be saying... "Damn, I could have bought a decent airbrush setup!"You just cost me $25 in paint!
I can paint 5 SCT bodies with one of these little bottles. An airbrush pays for itself.
