why wouldn't you just get a flysky IT3B ( upgraded GT3B ) or a GT2B. The IT3B can pair 10 models to one radio and has an lcd screen. people seem to have a postive opinion on the goolrc radio thoughhttps://www.youtube.com/watch?v=IQpj6UIW7_k

I have extensive experience with the FS radios, from the GT3B and 3C, to the Redcat and HSP rebrands, and, even currently have an IT4 that i need to replace the charger on. However, this truck is being set up for an Autistic 11 year old, so he just needs something simple that doesn't have a lot of extras. I found a Spektrum SLT3 on Jenny'sRC for $24, so ill probably just go with that instead.

The SLT3 is a decent radio. Good call.
