Don't know about the $200 offer--it is just in a post not an official offer, at least it doesn't show pending.
Depends on how much you want it. If it's $210 shipped (and I don't see where it says "plus shipping" I would go for it. The truck itself is $339 new plus $100 worth of batteries/charger.

$225 shipped would be a good deal, even you could even go as high as $250, it appears to be in good shape. but i would not go any higher then $250 shipped.
