Good .12 motor for racing?

I just checked towerhobbies for OS .12TR (for my Mugen MST-1) but it has been discontinued. Is there another place which sells it? (preferably for $130 or less)
I think my second choice is the OS .12CV-R

Yes TMAxximum, i mean tall. I heard i can change it by replacing the whole team losi clutch set and gears, etc.. but to much work. But i think i have come up with a decision. I am going to get a diablo .12 from stormer hobbies.com. They are going for like 90 bux with pullstart.

I'd save up a little more and get a much better engine... $35 more and you could get a .12 cv-r!!! you'll be much more happy in th elong run if you save up a littl emore.

MXBoy, they are going dirt cheap for one reason I strongly suspect... Peak has been researching (or so I have read) into a new .12. You MIGHT want to wait, but then again, you'll probably still be happy with the ones instock right now. Good engine, but now the today .12s are pushing 1.5 horsepower. I can't wait to hear the HP claims from OS and their new .12 TZ, it should be a rocket!

The Diablo engine is darn near the same as the 03/04 Fantom .12 engine.

not trying to derail this tread dudes, but does anyone know a good place to buy the mugen MT12? do they still make it? it seems that most places sell OS and stuff... but its hard to find that particular motor

OS .12 CV-R has 1.0 HP
OS .12 TR has 1.3 HP

I saw one, i was going to get one until i decided to get a new monster truck. I was watching and tsalking to a pro that wass sponsored by a different company for engines, but he was running a diablo instead, and said that he can usually get a 10-12 minute run time with a stock 75cc tank(craziness), it had the highest top speed at the 05 nitro challenge(34mph), and it started easy. I watched, and he did everyjump on the track we were at, and there were jumps my dads revo wasn't even able to do. This motor looked truly awsome. IO would say get it, i will definately be getting one as soon as i get back into the 1/10 scene. Go Diablo!!!!
