I picked up some Jconcepts 1.9 Tusks (4.75) and some CI comp cut inner/soft outer. I am waiting these with SSD Assassin wheels. These will be my first comp style tire setup. Once put together, is it normal for the foam to move side to side? Will this work itself out when crawling?

I always stretch the tires around after setting the foam in them. I work them around, trying to get the foam to settle in before I mount them.
