After many years of the same old website I have had a new one designed.
Please surf the site, Register, Purchase, and use all the features.

Post feedback on what you like and more importantly things you didnt like or anything that didnt go smoothly.

Please use your proper e-mail address so you can see if the order conformation e-mails are functioning properly.

Use COD as the method of payment. (No Orders Will Be Shipped)

use the coupon code "kim" to see if you get free shipping.

I look forward to your honest comments good or bad.

Nice site.

The "inksale.com locations" button goes back to the home page.

I registered and received a confirming e-mail within seconds.

The site looks great ED... Seams to be functioning smoothly.. If your not already working on it, I would recommend trying to get pictures of every item your selling... People love to see the pics...

Just used the cart and placed an order. The coupon code works for free shipping and I received an order confirmation (Order Number: 9491) within seconds.

I even added and deleted items, updated qty's without any problems. The free shipping for orders over $35 works too.

Yes, it's there.

Hey ya eddy, ran through it twice and check some features..

Everything seems to function fine, and the mails work great. The order confirmation as well.

I also checked order history works well.

Things I noticed
hee Cash on delivery was hard for me to find, perhaps also mark is (C.O.D.) for those idots like me that don't expect to see it spelled out (Cash on Delivery) lol

The change of address also allows you to change ALL the customer information such as name and the finer details of the account.. in this case with my cookies on anyone could log in and change my details without needing to log in..you might wish to make the account owners name (real name) static and unchangeable.

If it is a posssiblity you might also want to increase font size. On my monitor I run 1152x864 and it just seemed smaller than most fonts.. not difficult for me to read, but others (like me wife) would have difficulty.

All in all Ed, it looks like an awesome job nothing that I see needs changed they are just my opnions. When do you plan on going live? Also, if you need any specfic help give me a PM and i'll tes real time for you if you need me to.

In the shopping cart, the shipping estimator button does not have an icon like the update, continue shopping and checkout buttions. It is just showing a small box with a red X with the words shipping estimator next to it. The button works though. I refreshed a few times and it still would not come up.

During checkout where it shows the payment method choices, you should put the PayPal logo next to the Visa, MC and AMEX logos.

I am a little bit confused about the payment type you accept. Do you accept credit card via paypal only? Or can you accept cc directly?

I know a lot of people dislike create or use paypal. You might need to consider other payment method.
Check this out: www.2co.com

We take Credit Cards and we also take PP payments. How did you come about with your assumption? Did you try to purchase a product or did you just see the banners?

If it were your site how would you let the users know they are two separate offerings.
I look forward to your feedback and suggestions on how to deal with this.

I Take it you dont sell printers.

The site looks well put together though. Laid back, No really extreme colors. I like laid back designs... aka simple.

Simple is good when it comes to ecommerce. Make it too difficult to get around and people tend to not come back.

I like your site Ed, easy to navigate and purchase. Looks good too. You old site works well too, but your new one is much more pleasing to look at. You get the double :thumbup:

True. Just like with the design, If it has to much neon color effect, People will get annoyed, When I design my sites, I use simple colors that kinda generate a peaceful effect when your browsing around the site.

Correct. To many different ones and not enough money to stock them.

Thanks,
I wish I could take the credit. I need to thank "Obaa-san" (Kim) @ www.zen-cart.com for her original design.

I think it SUCKS !!! I mean, I think it REALLY sucks, that I've been paying double for Canon inks.
The site is easy to navigate, and easy on the eyes. If there's one thing that totally turns me off, and makes me leave a site in a hurry, it's banners that flash. They think they are attention getters, but they are absolutely irritating.
Your prices are great, it's your packaging I fear.

I Love it.
I'm going to double the flash rate and add a shoot the monkey banner. I may even steel your avatar again and post it on my site. Can you make the ears go faster?

Looking forward to the shoot the monkey banner.
How fast do you want the flap and blink rate. There are royalties involved, based on FPS and BPM.
