I bought this engine today. Go 28R/abc Rear Exhaust with pullstarter {crank 14mm}. Anyone ever used this? Its a .28 for my Savage, and if the pullstarter breaks, I can take off the pullstart, and use my roto start. I have'nt even run it, or installed it yet. If you have any thoughts on this engine, good, bad, or ugly, please post them.............Thanks!

Well I have not heard a ton on Go's but there are a few people running their .21's. They seem to be OK.

yes, I have found that the "GO" is not made by SH. I asked the hobby store where I bought it, and they told me this. My friend was definetly incorrect. Thanks for your input.

I've been told by a guy who sells them that they are from Vertex. It would make perfect sense. CEN uses engines strictly made by Vertex. BUT, recently, they dumped the GO .28 in their truggy and opted for a SH .28 engine made to their specs. I'd say that speaks for itself.

-Edit-

Turns out that the guy who told me about Go was dead wrong, he was just talkin out his rear. The go engine CEN was going with was a 3 port .28 IIRC. The 5 port .28 GO has should be a better mill.
