So about a week ago I got together with my buddies and we did a white elephant gift exchange, and one of them apparently didn't know that the thing you bring is supposed to be kind of a joke. I ended up getting said gift and when I opened it, well, I was pleasantly surprised!
Check it out!

I am now debating on if I should open it, re-gift it, or save it until it's worth something(I checked eBay and it looks like they're worth about 45 bucks).
Please feel free to share what you guys got for a gift exchange or something similar!
(Yes I know the pictures are pretty bad)

Is this the GI Joe 'Hold my beer! version?

If I could get it to grip a steering wheel, I'd find an appropriate RC to put him in and see how far he can fly.
And knowing is half the battle. 😉👍

GO JOE!!! 🤣

Classic collection are decent figures, I say open him up. He's been trapped in that box long enough. :thumbs-up:

We are reaching the point that most people the right age to collect them, won't be much longer. The younger generations don't value the same things. We all like the things that remind us of our youth. Don't Imagine the value will get much higher. I have a bunch of these guys. :)

I was also considering that, but I feel like that's a little too much like sid from toy story

Awesome dude! I grew up with the 80's A Real American Hero group. The original GI Joe "action figures" were before my time. Is that one a re-re 😁 ?

The GI-Joe Classic Collection was issued in the 90's (kind of an updated version but completely new) so technically they are vintage now, but the original Gi-Joe's were issued in the 60's but there were re-pops of the originals in the 90's also.
