So i grabbed a gen 8 from ebay at what i think was a steal. 212$ shipped to the door. My style is as much scale as possible while maximizing performance. So i immediately took it out to see what i needed to do… i removed some of the stickers, more will come off as i will end up ordering chrome badging. Gave the tires a bath in wd40, being one of the most complained about tires due to the compound being hard i didnt think they were that bad for a trail truck. The only other part i found interesting is the torque steer, its insane in this rig… i will figure it out when i have nothing else to do! Anyway, as this project continues and i get more time with it i will post updates. I have a ton of scale parts building up and will eventually build it out.
