Just got this in the mail last night. I just started working on it, but it seems pretty solid thus far. Only hard part for me is getting all those tiny o-rings on the pivot balls. This is going to be a fun one! I'm going to mix and match and only time will tell what the end result will be.

This is great! I thought long and hard about one of these but ultimately settled on Moforc due to numerous LGRP items I would have needed being out of stock for weeks at a time when I was going to start building. Definitely watching your progress and looking forward to this build! 🤩

Well, I got the chassis put together. Man, all those tiny screws made my fingers hurt. Chassis feels pretty solid this far. What's interesting to me is how far that rear end sticks out. Baby got back. At some point when I get a chance I'll see if the MEUS axles fit under this. I would hate to have to get some LGRP super 8s😉

You really don't want that do you? It's a terrible kit, I can hook you up with a really nice stock chassis if you send me that mess. 😇
Nice try🤣 You can have the MEUS Bronco chassis.

The MEUS axles do not work well with the chassis. The geometry iss off and the links bind. The mounting locations are much wider on the LGRP chassis. Looks like I'm hitting the brakes for a while. The Super 8 axles are nice, but the price is steep out the door.

I thought they changed the mounting locations in order to play nice with anything now... 🤔

They changed the locations on their v2 axles to work with different chassis, but their comp chassis is designed around the super8 axles according to their site.

Plus it looks, like usual, the aluminum super 8s are out of stock. But the injection molded one? Available 😤
Spider 9s available though 😍💸💸💸 wonder if they'd fit?
I'd like to see someone (me?) give em a go if they weren't so high dollar...
Like @BustedAw11 said. Time to throw the receipts away😄

Edit: I see v2 are available. Somehow missed them earlier

Well, call me crazy, but I'm just not on that level of commitment with the 1/24 scale. I sold the comp frame and x-factor body and purchased a Redcat Ascent Apex 1/18. I may revisit the 1/24 in the future.

I just saw this thread and got excited for you, then I got to the last post, bummer. I built up the LGRP Comp chassis, it us fantastic. I also am using the Meus Iso axles with no prob, killer combo
