Thanks.

BTW- I beat the tar snot out of my XB808E and I'm amazed at the quality and durability.
I took it out and was hitting all the jumps as hard as I could, got some massive air and some serious smooth sailing. I love how controllable this platform is in the air, night and day difference between this and my Revo. I love my Revo, but it doesn’t handle nearly as well my Xray. The most shocking part of the day was smacking a dirt wall WOT and nothing but a bounce back, I was certain I was going to find something bent or broken. NOT A THING!

Yeah i love my revo too but its just too heavy for jumping high and far like a buggy or truggy can. And being heavier makes it less responsive in the air as well. But i still try to jump it higher and further everytime anyways. Its still fun as heck!

Probably a stupid question, but I really like the easy and simplicity of the first body you painted and was wondering if one I could steal it off of you, and two how you did it? I am assuming just 1/4" tape criss-crossed while you sprayed the black, then take the tape off and spray the yellow? It will be my first paint job on a body and wanna at least do it somewhat well. One last thing which yellow paint did you use as that specific color really pops.

Oh and of course I guess the second body is alright too haha

Love seeing a high quality rig with high quality parts in it!!! What KV is your Tekin T8? Oh, and yes you should definitely get the hotwire system so you can have even more programing options like throttle and brake curves.

Yeah just masking tape. I used SPAZSTIX paints. When I did this I thought about Eddie Van Halen's guitar.

It's 1900 and I do have teh hotwire.

Haven't been around here lately, been working on a 1970 Bronco project.

It does have a resemblance to his guitar now that you mention it. I am moving off to college this coming week, so RC is unfortunately getting put to the back burner for the majority of the time except the few weekends I will be home, but as soon as the time returns I will be attempting this paint scheme.
