FUTABA TX and off brand RX help please..

And another Radio question: I have a futaba T4PM TX. I picked up a pair of RX's from CORONA. Model # C4SF-V
I CANNOT get them to bind! I have read this may be tricky, but no one bothers to mention how to get it to bind correctly. I have not been able to find info that HELPS get around this issue.
I would appreciate any info on this, especially if someone has any HANDS ON experience........

I have one of those for my Mini B paired up to my 3PV
If it's the SFHSS receiver make sure you change the protocol in the radio settings from TFHSS to SFHSS and it should bind right up. If it doesn't we can go from there.

well, the green light in the rx comes on and I can operate a servo! Must work. I will try it

yes! Thanks to you I set the TX to the proper setting turned on the reciever in bind mode and it bound NOW! I put many hours into trying to bind the rx's (bought two). I think the difficulties stem from documentation. I find a lot of functions listed but lack the knowledge to understand how to utilize some of them. I am quite certain the language (all them big words) used is the biggest difficulty. Your simple statement (go here and do this) skipped the "I don't know what this does... I better not change anything" syndrome.
From a consumer standpoint, having a bi-lateral conical FRX-9 system (snakeskin covered grip model) with optional linear coded WELP functions is wonderful! But tech-speak means I have to GUESS what does what. If I was a bit younger I may enjoy learning radio tech, but I really want to turn the radio on and crawl.......

I agree. I enjoy the mechanics of RC. All the computer programming, high tech bs... not even a tiny bit fun or enjoyable for me.
I still can't find anyone who can actually explain why updates are 'necessary'.
If it worked on day one, it should work on day 10001 too.

now that I can use the Corona rx for the Futaba TX I will switch some more vehicles to that TX and the rest will be on the FlySky, except for a loaner rig.
Anybody need a Sanwa? I might post it for sale, not decided.
What the heck is happening? I have FIVE Radio Link ex's and no TX. So now I have to buy another Radio link?
