Yea, but due to liability purposes, only the inmates can crush cars. But i have driven it across the mississippi river before.

It is a winch extension. I know they use it to pick up cars, and carry other large objects, but I'm not too sure what tactical advantages it is used for....... we have recently retired that unit, so now it is a big toy for the inmates to use to move around old "retired" units around the tac yard with...

Lol. I know, i'm pissed they wouldnt let me do it...... Its ok though. I just happened to be going into the fleet garage to get my oil changed, and i saw them crushing the car to put it on the trailer to go to the junkyard. Bastards. Ill try n get a pic of the new swat truck, its cool, but not as cool as the tank.
