Clarifying to be more help

You can start the engine? how?

Drops of fuel down the carb?

Then it wont continue to pull fuel ?

Won't pull fuel up when I drop a couple of drops and start it don't no if carb is blocked

Put new pipe on glow plug ok manual primer on tank to push fuel up but don't seem to suck when I put drops in top of glow plug starts runs about 30 second then dies out and fuel in pipe been pushed back a bit

are you by any means running your fuel lines backwards ?
i'm asking because in some cases this could cause the problem you describe.

It happens bro u just gona make sure piston is at bottom. Fully open the throttle and suck all the fuel and air out ofthe system then blow real hard to blow out the airlock

My fuel goes to pipe but won't go through carb when it runs
remember your HSN setting, take picture if needed.
turn it all the way in, turn it all the way out, turn it all the way in, turn it out - do this a couple of times.
could be that there is some crap or residue on the end of the needle inside the carb.

or you could take apart the HSN and clean it.
