OKAY I tried the search but got way too many results and couldn't narrow the search......I run about 12" of tubing for my fuel line and about 8" for my pressure line.....I've been asked why I run so much and I just don't know why.....I've always done it the same way......but then I see some guys use almost twice what I use and they do pretty well at the races, so I assume they know their Stuff.......well what is the answer to how long should your lines be......

well and 8 in pressure line is what I use but I use a a little less then a foot of fuel line. I do that cause it gives u just a small bit more in case u land on your lid u wont kill the engine as quickly. But if u race in big races they will measure how much fuel u have in your tank, line and filter and it is usually no more then 125 cc so 6-8 inch is what most people use also remember a good fuel filter

I use probably about a foot and a half on my rc10gt with 2 fuel filters... it really helps when you flip far away and can't run fast....

Doesn't increasing the fuel pressure line increase the pressure? Or do I have it backwards?

A longer pressure line smooths out the pressure "pulses" to a more smoother and consistant pressure. Makes tuning a little more consistant IMO.

I have as much as I need on my savage. The pressure line is longer than the fuel line, but I have a MGT fuel bulb in the fuel line. It really adds some extra time on roll overs and makes starting with a pullstart a breeze. I think I run about a 12" pressure and 8-9 inch fuel line.
