hi, I'm new to all this and I've just bought myself a GV models Rex-x.
What fuel would i put in it? 16%/20%/25% etc.
do i have to mix any 2 stroke oil in with the fuel?

any recommendations would be appreciated...

josh...:)

What fuel does the manufactor reccomend to use?
No you don't add 2 cycle oil to nitro fuel. Oil is already in nitro fuel.
I use %20 Byron GEN 2 fuel in all my nitros.

All you need is a good Nitro fuel. I'd recommend using a 20% fuel. There are quite a few good brands of fuel. One of the brands I see most suggested is O'Donnell's.

thanks guys

i havent been able to find out what my manufacturer recommends..
i have a force .32 pullstart in it

i think I'm going to buy 20%. so i dont have to add anything to the fuel - its already mixed, yes?

is tornado fuel any good?

josh :)

Actually, another thing to look for i guess is the type of oil in the fuel? Because a certain oil breaks up after like 270 degrees and doesn't provide protection at the temps above that..... i gotta search this real quick!

you want a mix of about 5 parts castor oil to 10 parts synthtic oil. Castor doesn't burn off at higher temps
