what's good people, quick question. Is having a fuel filter a must on your nitro? Besides the obvious what other purpose does it serve? :n00bie:
 
having a fuel filter is highly recommended, especially if you are running an off road type vehicle. also, dont fall into the standard "i bet it restricts flow and hurts the preformance" catagory... this is not in the slightest bit true, after looking at the design of the fuel filter you can notice right away that it isnt true... fuel filters can also provide a little extra run time in the scenario that your car/truck flips over, because of its extra capacity.
 
I agree...it's just good sense. This shouldn't even be an issue. You can pick one up at your LHS for about $2.50 (Dubro makes them)...that's cheap insurance.
