Sold / Found FT: HB Lightning Pro 2 buggy

I have a HB Lightning Pro 2 buggy w/Hyper 21 8-port race engine (2 tanks through it for break in process) ,no pipe, servos or radio rx/tx, no clutch or clutch bell (everything on buggy is still original stock in great condition)....to trade for a shaft driven touring car of "equal value and equal condition"
Tower sells the roller for $400+ without engine so I am looking for equal value between $300-$350 in trade.
Trades considered may only reflect on the availability of parts from my LHS

Where did you get the front chassis brace from? Is the part number for it different than the one for the older lightning?

I can't find one anywhere for my lightning and I really need one...

that front chassis brace is stock on the Pro 2, try tower for the part.

Crap... it's the same one. I thought maybe the part # would be different. I guess that's kind of good news though. They wouldn't stop making parts for a buggy they just released in the past year.

Anyone know the differences between the old/new lightning?

the part numbers are different between front and rear braces unless you are referring to something I am confused of.

I believe the differences between old lightning and Pro 2 are:
Pro 2:
-not an RTR
-has hardended diffs
-has double disc brakes
-has unis all around
-has some more aluminum parts than the regular lightning RTR

other than that, they are both strong

What I meant by part #, was I thought the part # may be different from the lightning to the lightning 2 for the braces.
