front tires on hpi nitro monster king

the front tires are half rubber and plastic which i wanted to change out to see if it will ride better, i notice off road up hills i can't steer because the front tires just slide.

Can anyone recommend a set of front tires for this truck.

can anyone recommend a good online store to purchase parts for this truck the hpi site really does not even show a lot of the parts?

Also I know people say to glue the tires to the rim is this necessary only if the tires fly off because my have not yet but they are still new.

Well... you could just replace the fronts with a second set of the rears... They are just 2.2" tires, but they appear wider than typical 2.2" tires.

They use a 12mm hex, so you might be able to get away with a set of stampede rear wheels/tires all around on that thing.

Maybe just get a set of the stampede rims to find out more cheaply...

Can I just buy the rear tires only and put them on the front, will those tires fit on the front rims or do I need to buy rims as well.
I rather keep the front rims if possible I am not even sure if those tires are removable from the rim.

They will fit if you can get the tires off...
