Just purchased RC10 GT. Just wondering if running out of gas would foul out the glow plug ?? New to the venue and not having good luck so far...blown motor, broken shock tower all in the first three days.

car took a rouge signal and went full throttle for about 45 seconds and blew

Yep, A failsafe probably would have saved your engine from a "rouge signal".

As for your actual question.....no, your not going to "foul" your glow plugs from running the tank dry. They're designed to take the heat and some abuse. Certain applications call for a med, "hot" or cooler glow plug though.

Peace
