Hai, I just realize my pull starter is kind hard pull when I try to start it up for first time when the engine is cold, also need about 30-40 pulls to get it startted. when engine is warm, really easy to start.

I didn't flood the engine, spark plug works good, prim mining.right. Engine temp around 55 when I try to start. Any idea?
 
The fact you need to pull 30-40 times would suggest you still have some tuning to do. I opted to switch my pullstarts for rotostarts but even before then I would pull maybe 5-7 times before they started.

tune what? high speed? low speed? idle? >.>

runs and idles and sounds perfect....
