+1 Bryan! That is good stuff and a third of the price when you compare a 4 oz (usually less)bottle at $4.99 to $8.99 per!

Can't say for sure, but K/N stuff is usually for their cloth filters. It may eat away the foam ones we use.

I have K/N in my 1:1 and use that kit. If it wasn't downstairs in the trunk of my car, I'd put a drop or two on a foam filter to see how it does.

Pretty sure this would work for you though:
PG1 Foam Filter Cleaner Kit

I use WD40 to clean mine, then wash them with soap and water after squeezing out the grease that is in the WD40. The WD40 takes out all the oil/grit from the filter oil, but leaves a grease like substance behind. After wringing out the grease, I apply a little bit of dish soap and work the foam in my hands under water a bit to rinse it and they look like new again.

I've used K@N oil on my filter a few times. It doesn't hurt the foam, but I was advised against it for it may not provide the best protection.
