had a bad bearing in the clutch bell and it scared up the flywheel pretty good. Is this going to cause any issues? Can only find a couple used on flea bay and they look worse. Should I pull the pins and sand the grooves out or run it?

The flywheel looks perfectly fine. It doesn't matter wether the tops of the clutch holding pins are slightly damaged, they don't touch anything👍🏻
If you do notice significantly more vibration when running the engine, I'd replace it though.
